A remarkable collaboration by Büdi Siebert and Matthias Frey who masterfully blend world music, classical impressionistic music and open Jazz.
Called as “one of the most versatile musicians of Germany” by the German TV, Büdi Siebert belongs to the cross-border composers. As one of the first world musicians of Germany, he has been collecting and playing instruments from all over the world. He plays more than 20 different instruments and has gained experience with all types of Western music and music of other cultures.
Pianist and composer Matthias Frey is an appearance of exception in the German music scene who has enriched the German music world for more than 30 years as an artist of different genres. He is an excellent world music specialist, a skilled jazz and film music composer.
In their duo work, Matthias plays the piano and Buedi plays about 20 instruments varying from different wind instruments, percussions to Chinese Guzheng.
They have also released the album of the project called "Both Sides of Life".
